Dubai Frame: AED 50 at the Door, and What Resellers Charge for the Same Ticket

Dubai Frame's own ticketing page charges AED 50 for adults and AED 20 for children, no booking fee of its own. TripAdvisor's own ticket widget quotes more than double that for the same entry, and the Viator listing that ranks in Google for this exact search cannot currently be booked at all.

Dubai Frame is run by Dubai Municipality, and its own ticketing page is the cheapest way in by some distance. Before booking anywhere else, it is worth knowing what the direct price actually is, since several of the pages ranking for this search charge well above it for the identical entry.

Quick answer
Direct from Dubai Municipality: AED 50 for adults, AED 20 for children 3 to 12, free under 3 and for people of determination plus two companions. Open 8:00am to 9:00pm, every day of the year. TripAdvisor’s own ticket widget quotes $31, more than double the roughly $13.62 the same entry costs direct, and the Viator listing Google currently ranks highest for this search is not bookable at all. Other Viator listings for the same admission run from about $17 to $26, several adding skip-the-line access. The ticket covers the Old Dubai Gallery, the Future Dubai Gallery and the Sky Deck with its glass-floored walkway, inside Zabeel Park, a short walk from Al Jafiliya Metro Station.

What Dubai Frame actually costs, direct from Dubai Municipality

Dubai Frame’s own site publishes a flat admission fee, no peak or off-peak split and no booking fee of its own. Children under 3, and people of determination with up to two companions, go free.

Dubai’s own tourism board sells the same ticket through its official booking platform, experiences.visitdubai.com, at AED 52.50, close enough to the AED 50 door price that the gap reads as a card-processing fee rather than a markup.

The reseller markup, and the listing that is not even bookable

Several platforms sell the identical AED 50 admission for considerably more, and one of the two Google currently ranks highest for “dubai frame” cannot be booked at all right now.

That last row matters more than the prices do. The listing titled “Dubai Frame Tickets” shows up prominently for anyone looking this attraction up, and leads to a page that says the experience is not currently bookable. The listings that are actually live are sold under different titles entirely, not the one a visitor would click first.

What the ticket actually includes

The visit runs in one direction, starting at the mezzanine and finishing at the top. All three stages are included in the one admission price, no separate charge for the walkway.

Visitor accounts put the whole thing at one to two hours, long enough that it is not a five-minute photo stop. The Old Dubai Gallery is an exhibition about the city’s growth, not the district itself, which sits across the creek in Bur Dubai and Deira and takes a morning of souks and an abra crossing to see properly. Dress code here is the same “shoulders and knees covered” standard as most paid Dubai attractions, requested rather than strictly enforced at the door, where Burj Al Arab enforces a stricter smart-elegant code at its own check-in point.

Skip-the-line, booked ahead in your own currency

The direct ticket is cheaper, and buying it is simple enough on-site. The case for a reseller instead: booking in advance, in English, with a card payment flow built for international visitors, and in this case a skip-the-line entry on top.

Getting there: Zabeel Park, Gate 4

Dubai Frame sits inside Zabeel Park, entered through Gate 4, a short walk from Al Jafiliya Metro Station on the Red Line. Driving in, the park is bordered by Sheikh Rashid Road to the north, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road to the north-west and Sheikh Zayed Road to the south, per Dubai Municipality’s own directions.

How much does Dubai Frame cost?

AED 50 for adults, AED 20 for children aged 3 to 12, free for infants under 3 and for people of determination plus two companions, per Dubai Municipality's own ticketing page. That is about $13.62 for an adult at the UAE's fixed exchange rate, with no separate booking fee if you buy there directly.

What are Dubai Frame's opening hours?

8:00am to 9:00pm, every day of the year including weekends and public holidays, per Dubai Municipality's own site. Timing can vary during Ramadan and on specific holidays, so checking the official page close to your visit date is worth the extra step.

Is there a markup on Dubai Frame tickets booked through a reseller?

Yes, and it is not small. TripAdvisor's own booking widget for Dubai Frame quotes admission from $31 per adult, more than double the roughly $13.62 the same ticket costs bought direct. Several Viator listings sell the identical admission from around $17 to $26, some bundling skip-the-line access or a guide alongside the entry itself, which is where that gap goes.

Can I book Dubai Frame tickets through Viator?

Several listings, yes, but not the one Google currently ranks highest for this exact search. That particular listing shows "This experience isn't bookable for now" as of 19 October 2026. Other Viator listings for the same admission, some including skip-the-line access, are live and bookable.

What does the Dubai Frame ticket actually include?

Entry to all three stages of the visit: the Old Dubai Gallery on the mezzanine, a walk through a multimedia tunnel into the Future Dubai Gallery, and the Sky Deck at the top, which includes the glass-floored walkway between the two towers. A museum, cafe and gift shop are also part of the site.

How do you get to Dubai Frame?

It sits inside Zabeel Park, entered through Gate 4, a short walk from Al Jafiliya Metro Station on the Red Line, per Dubai Municipality's own directions. Driving in, the park is bordered by Sheikh Rashid Road, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Is there a dress code at Dubai Frame?

Respectful clothing is requested, shoulders and knees covered, consistent with most paid attractions in Dubai. It is not enforced as strictly as at a mosque, but turning up in beachwear is not the safe assumption.

Spent a trip through the Gulf from 7 to 17 December 2023: Bahrain on the 11th, Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the 13th, 15th and 16th, Doha on the 17th. One trip through the Gulf, not four separate ones, which is the whole reason this site exists instead of a single-city blog. One trip three years ago does not make anyone an expert on a region, which is why every price, floor number and opening time here is checked against the operator's own site before it goes on a page, not remembered from the trip.

Verified: Dubai Frame's admission fees, free categories, opening hours and location, from Dubai Municipality's own Dubai Frame site (dubaiframe.ae), checked 19 October 2026. The Visit Dubai official platform price, from experiences.visitdubai.com, same date. Reseller prices, review counts and the unbookable Viator listing, from Viator's and TripAdvisor's own live listings for Dubai Frame, same date. The three stages of the visit and the glass-floored walkway, from Dubai Municipality's own site, cross-checked against a first-hand Tripadvisor review set. USD conversions use the UAE's fixed peg of 3.6725 AED per dollar.

Not verified: The exact current width of the structure, where independent sources give either 93 or 95 metres and Dubai Municipality's own site does not state one; the height of 150 metres is consistent across every source checked. Whether the dress code is enforced at the door or only requested, since the site does not publish a formal policy the way a mosque does. Current VIP ticket pricing, sold through a separate booking flow that did not return a price without selecting a date.
