Costs about 40% more than the option above and rates a shade higher, but on a much smaller sample of reviews. Reasonable if the higher rating and a smaller group matter more to you than the price gap.

Not a substitute for booking the Burj Khalifa Silver ticket direct if all you want is the deck. This bundles the ticket into a private guided tour of the city, a different, pricier product, worth it only if you also want the guide and the rest of the itinerary.

Not a ticket, since entry is free anyway: this sells the round-trip transport from Dubai and a guide, which is what most people staying in Dubai without a car actually need.

Costs less than the mosque-only tour above but spends less time at the mosque itself, since it also stops at the Corniche, Etihad Towers, Founders Memorial and a photo stop at the Louvre.

The Inland Sea is the part no other Gulf city has: a natural border with Saudi Arabia reachable only by dune driving. This is the most-booked way to see it, by a wide margin over any other Doha tour we found.
Doha Night Desert Safari: Dune Bashing, Camel Ride & Stargazing
Skips the Inland Sea, since it runs after dark, but costs less and fits a stopover with an early morning connection better than a half-day trip does.
Bahrain

Nine hours with a guide, built to cover the sites our own single day did not reach, including the ones (Bahrain Fort, the Tree of Life) that most itinerary posts mention but we have not personally verified.
Manama: Day from South to North to Discover Bahrain
Three hours shorter and about $75 cheaper than the tour above, and still reaches the Tree of Life and the first oil well. Fewer reviews, so weigh that against the lower price and shorter day.

Spent a trip through the Gulf from 7 to 17 December 2023: Bahrain on the 11th, Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the 13th, 15th and 16th, Doha on the 17th. One trip through the Gulf, not four separate ones, which is the whole reason this site exists instead of a single-city blog. One trip three years ago does not make anyone an expert on a region, which is why every price, floor number and opening time here is checked against the operator's own site before it goes on a page, not remembered from the trip.
